Beachfront Vacation Rentals

Beachfront vacation rentals are a less expensive and more attractive option to staying in a beachfront hotel. You'll find significant cost savings and better amenities by staying in a beachfront vacation rental rather than a beachfront hotel. One major advantage of staying in a beachfront vacation rental is space.  Rather than having only a single hotel room, a rental provides you with much more living space – usually one or more bedrooms, a kitchen, and some type of family living space (with a couch, television, and so forth).

Since you generally have a fully functional kitchen, you'll also be able to save money by not eating out.  You can buy and store food in the refrigerator (thereby saving on room service).

You can easily find beachfront vacation rentals by checking with real estate offices in the area you want to stay.  Most vacation spots have realtors specializing in vacation rentals.  These realtors can provide you with a listing of available rentals, dates available, and prices.  You'll be able to view these listings either online, in brochures, or in catalogs.

You can find these real estate companies by either searching online for the location you're interested in or calling information.  Various online sites often provide a dedicated directory of realtors specializing in vacation rentals for your target location.  Once you find a likely realtor, they often themselves host online sites with detailed information about the vacation rentals they manage.  Likewise, you can often contact these companies and get paper brochures or catalogs sent to you with this information.

Using these resources, you can compare locations, dates, and prices to find the best value for your money.  If money isn't a problem for you, you may want to pamper yourself with a staffed beachfront vacation rental.  The staff will do your cooking, cleaning, and so forth.  With a staffed vacation rental, you can rest and not worry about tedious chores.

One additional benefit of using a beachfront vacation rental is you can often stay for extended vacations.  Rather than staying for just a week or two, you can often stay for longer periods of time and receive a rental discount for doing so.  By staying longer, you keep the rental agency from having to find additional renters.  They pass this savings on to you.
